Resident pays rent, security deposit, prepaid cleaning fee, prepaid carpet cleaning fee, prepaid last month’s rent, and electric.
If the owner allows/approves a pet, a Pet Addendum must be signed and the Pet Deposit ($200/pet) and Non-Refundable Pet Fee ($100/pet) is due at or before the 1st day of your lease agreement. Only allowed one pet, if any at all. There is a monthly pet fee that is paid with rent – $25 per dog and $15 per cat.
