Resident pays rent, security deposit, prepaid cleaning fee, prepaid carpet cleaning fee, prepaid last month’s rent, and a monthly flat utility rate of $100 per person, for electric, water, sewer, and trash. Pets may be allowed upon approval and the signing of a pet addendum.
