– Income Documents (2 months most recent paystubs, income verification, voucher, etc.)
– All applicants must complete a pet/animal or no pet/animal section of the application

Please review the following rental criteria. You will need to meet the requirements below. If you feel you meet these minimum requirements, you are encouraged to apply. Application fees are non-refundable.
Income: Total household gross income must be at least three times the amount of the monthly market rental rate.
Credit History: A soft pull on your credit report will be acquired for all applicants to verify credit history and ratings. Soft pull credit checks do not affect credit scores and are not visible to potential lenders that may review your credit reports. They are visible to you and will stay on your credit reports for 12 to 24 months, depending on the type.
No felony or misdemeanor convictions of theft, damage to property, fraud, violent crimes, or any crime of sexual nature.
Dogs and cats are subject to owner approval. Only one cat or dog per residence. The signing of a pet addendum is required.
The following list of dogs are restricted breeds:
Pit bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier and related breeds)
Presa Canarios (Canary Dogs)
Any Mix of the above
Barnyard animals are prohibited.
All persons 18 years or older must complete a separate application to be considered to reside at property for which you are applying.
We often receive multiple applications for the same property. The property will remain active on our website until a lease is signed and executed by the property owner. In the event that your application is approved, but the desired unit is no longer available, your application will be effective for 30 days and can be transferred to another property if you meet all approval criteria for the property.
