Pets and Service Animal Information
Pets
Dogs and cats are subject to owner approval. Only one cat or dog per residence. The signing of a pet addendum is required.
The following list of dogs are restricted breeds:
Akitas
Chow Chows
Doberman Pinschers
German Shepherds
Huskies
Mastiffs
Pit bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier and related breeds)
Presa Canarios (Canary Dogs)
Rottweiler
Wolf Hybrids
Any Mix of the above
Emotional Support Animals
Indiana statute requires a person to provide verification of a disability and the benefit of an emotional service animal by a health service provider that holds an Indiana license.
This excludes providers whose sole service is to provide a verification letter in exchange for a fee.
If a person meets all requirements Indiana Code and provides documentation thereof, Owner and Resident will sign a Service Animal Addendum allowing the service animal to reside in the premises.
Assistance Animals
Persons must provide verification of a disability and a disability related need for the service animal from a health service provider that holds an Indiana license. If a person provides documentation thereof, Owner and Resident will sign a Service Animal Addendum allowing the service animal to reside in the premises.
